仕事内容

・You will be part of the Front Office equities IT team in Japan working closely with the trading desk on mostly Cash Equities products as well as Listed Derivatives and cross region trade flows between the US and Asian regions.
・You will take responsibility for managing the Book of Work, and relationship management with the primary business sponsors and IT stakeholders.
・You should facilitate business requirements gathering and scope definition process together with Business Users.
・You will produce functional and non-functional business requirements and specification documents.

応募資格

・Bachelors degree or above　
・You should have at least 5 years in Front Office equity trading systems environments with strong knowledge of the full trading life cycle from initial order placement right through order routing, execution, settlement and clearing. This should also include some knowledge of product Control and Middle Office/operations processes as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in handling regulatory requirements.
・Knowledge of APAC (with primarily focus in Japan) Cash Equities trading.
・Good understanding of system architecture, data structures
・Knowledge FIX protocol
・Knowledge of electronic trading
・Strong Project Management experience on small/medium/large scale It projects.
・A background in system development life cycle methodology techniques and documentation
・Proven track record on delivery in a change management project
・Good communication skills in English and Japanese. The candidate is expected to be able to understand regulatory announcements in Japanese. Experience in speaking and drafting written response to regulators in Japanese is strongly preferred.

・小・中・大規模なＩＴプロジェクト管理経験
・システム開発のライフサイクル方法論のテクニックとドキュメンテーションのバックグランドがある
・変化管理プロジェクトで成果をだした事がある
・社内製品および外部製品の開発経験
・英語・日本語のコミュニケーションスキルが高い方。日本語で規制のアナウンスの理解、応答、製図の経験が必須となります。
