ECLP is GE's premier development program for high potential individuals seeking a career within sales or marketing. Successful candidates will be hired into one of GE’s businesses in Japan: GE Capital, GE Healthcare, and GE Energy. Essential ResponsibilitiesECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. The 2 year program consists of: • three 8-month rotational assignments within the sales and/ or marketing segments of a GE business • Rotations provide experiences such as strategic growth and innovation, forecasting and analytics, market assessment, competitive intelligence, product management, customer segmentation, pricing and commercialisation, project management, online design and benchmarking and sales development • International rotations available based on performance and business needs • To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing four global ECLP conferences held in overseas locations over the two-year program that provide extensive training in Gold Standard Marketing (Marketing track ECLPs) & or Sales Leadership (Sales track ECLPs). Qualifications/Requirements:• MBA (preferred) and/or equivalent academic credential • Industry professional with 5-8 years of commercial experience • Significant commercial experience gained in a sales or marketing role • Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills • Self-starter with proven track record of achieving results • Expertise aligned with a GE business segment • Geographic mobility • Japanese and English language fluency required • Only candidates with unrestricted work authorization for Japan will be considered
