Job Description:Sector Information:The sector Customer Support is responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance, and optimization of the IC manufacturing systems of our client on customer locations.Customer Support Engineering is responsible for providing technical support to customers and service engineers within the Customer Support organization.Position in the Organization:Nationwide Customer Support at one Customer Field Service Office of our client in Japan. Field Service Centers are located in Toyama, Fukushima, Yamagata, Mie, Nagasaki and Kumamoto The holder of this position reports to the Field Service Manager.Job Description: As a Field Service Engineer of the Semiconductor Equipment (Lithography) of our client you will support the customer with:operational equipment support performance monitoring mechanical/pneumatical/electrical/optical repairs/servicing and maintenance You support the customer and occasionally the installation team during installation of new systems.Profile:Personality, mentality & competencies Strong analytical and technical skills Strong drive towards solutions Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills Execute and work independently as well as in a team Person with desire and ambition to grow and learn continuously A flexible attitude is required towards domestic travel Qualification & Experience Bachelor or Master degree in Physics, Physical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. Preferably a couple of years experience in an IC manufacturing environment, with emphasis on lithography processing and application of imaging and overlay solutions.LanguagesJapanese: Native level of Japanese, both verbally and written, to communicate effectively with Japanese customers. English: Business level English, both verbally and written, to communicate effectively with local and overseas staff.
