The recruitment positions covers all levels from early/mid careers to seniors/executives. Essential Responsibilities* Partner with Business Hiring Manager/HR Manager to respond to recruitment and staffing needs and * Develop a strategic recruitment plan and a sustainable process to track metrics and accomplishments against plan * Utilize special events, print & media marketing, search firms and association relationships to increase direct sourcing channels for key open positions * Update and maintain policies around all processes in Staffing/Recruiting. Ensure the proper system and guideline is put in place. * Lead transformational projects to continue to build a high quality service, examples would include, recruitment campaigns, quality of hire analysis, candidate experience life cycle, compliance auditing or training and development * Build and manage search firm relationships to ensure strategic use and cost effective contracts to address recruitment needs * Develop a recruitment plan to assist in executing the diversity strategy * Build strong relationships cross-functionally through strong leadership, excellent communication, flexibility and creativity Qualifications/Requirements:* Bachelor degree with 7+ years or Master degree with 5+ years of work experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition or related area * Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization * Team player * Strong business acumen * Analytical and project/process management skills * Good sense of organization dynamics and conflict management * Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities, in a fast-paced environment * Being open to change (positive or negative) * Must be fluent in written and verbal communication both in Japanese and English * Must be able to work in Japan without VISA sponsorship Desired Characteristics* Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment Process Improvement and deliver top quality customer services. * Global Experience
